BRAGA S.P.A, FOUNDED IN 1974, HAS ALWAYS BEEN RECOGNISED AS A LEADING ITALIAN MANUFACTURER OF INTERIOR DOORS AND VENEERED AND LAMINATED COMPONENTS.
Giuseppe Braga was the first one who understood the potential of the semi-finished products with blockboard support instead of solid wood, which guarantees inalterability over time; quality products and service are the foundations on which he built his story.
Today, Braga S.p.a. is a leading manufacturer of wooden interior doors, as well as the hub of a group of companies that form an integrated structure. The heart of the structure has always been in Italy, in the headquarters of Casalmaggiore (CR), where the main phases of the processing cycle for the production of interior doors and components are carried out.
Since the late 1990s, the primary sawmill phase (production of blockboard supports) has been made in Slovakia and Poland, due to the easy attainability and the wide availability of raw materials.
In the production unit of Brugnera (PN), integrated since 2008 following the acquisition of a competitor, special types of wooden profiles are produced.
Since 2015, still in Italy, precisely in Breda di Piave (TV), we have been designing e creating turnkey interior architecture (contract), while since 2018, in Scandolara Ravara (CR) we have been producing formworks for concrete. Unaltered passion, constant investments in production processes and the ability to innovate, by anticipating and addressing the market developments, are the keys to success and Braga doors contribute in the strengthening of the prestige of Made in Italy in the world.

Every year, a ring. That’s how the age of a tree is measured, by counting the rings. And we’ve reached the fiftieth. In 2024, Braga Spa celebrates its 50th anniversary. Over the past half-century, the company has stood out for its highly innovative solutions in the interior door sector.
Braga Spa was the first in Italy and Europe to produce jambs made of blockboard and poplar plywood casings, coated with veneer or CPL laminate, revolutionizing the production and assembly process of doors.
On this occasion, Founder and CEO Giuseppe Braga would like to publicly thank all those who, over the years, have contributed to achieving this success: employees, collaborators, agents, customers, suppliers, professionals, and local institutions.
To honor its 50 years, Braga Spa has made a donation to the Umberto Veronesi Foundation ETS, supporting medical and scientific research in the hope that this will help improve the lives of those in need.

THE ATTENTION IN THE CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS ALLOWS US TO CREATE AN HOMOGENEOUS, ELEGANT AND RESISTANT FINAL PRODUCT, WITH EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS
Nevertheless, the passion for wood is also made of respect for the environment and for its natural cycle. Plants have always been the beginning and the end of our entire production process. Indeed, our supply chain begins and ends with the plant. Selected cuts, programmed plantings and recycling of waste materials allow us to create quality products in full compliance with nature and environment.
The wood used in the production of our interior doors, and of all our products, is substituted in nature by planting new trees. The processing scrapes of virgin wood, without glues or foreign agents, are used both as an alternative source for the production of heat and as a raw material for the production of biofuel (pellet). Braga, indeed, produces pellet with continuous cycle systems and in full compliance with the environment.
